Harmony P - Change Decimals

Description

I would like to adjust the number of decimal places shown for rates and units to three.

Solution

If greater precision is required in your payroll calculations, you can increase the number of decimal places for rates and units in Harmony. Follow the steps below:

1. From the left-hand menu, navigate to:
   Admin Settings > Payroll Preferences.

       2. In the first tab, System, you will find two options:
           Decimal for Rate and Decimal for Units.

       3. Use the up and down arrows next to each field to adjust the decimal value.
           You may set the decimals to as few as 1 or as many as 4.

Open

       4. Once the desired settings are selected, click Save on the right-hand side to apply the changes.
