Harmony's employee self-service module lets your employees help themselves, all in a single place. From accessing paystubs online to updating their own profile, save time by letting your employees do their own basic functions. 

What you can do in ESS: 

• Access Paystubs 

• Access Tax Forms (Canada only)

• Access Benefits 

• Access Performance Appraisals

• Clock In and Out

• Manage & Track Progress on Goals

• Manage & Track Progress on Training Courses

• Request Time Off 

• Update Their Emergency Contacts and/or Family Information

• Update Their Own Profile

IMPORTANT: The functions in Harmony's Employee Self-Service module depend on your licensing. If you have the Payroll module, your employees can accessing paystubs online. If you have the Human Resources module, your employees can access their benefits, onboarding, and more online. If you have the Time & Attendance module, your employees can clock in and out, and review their schedules online.
