Harmony ESS (CA) - Access Tax Forms

With Harmony ESS, your employees can access and download all tax forms that exist in your database, at any time. 

Note: The ability to access and download the tax forms are only available for Canadian customers. US customers can access and download tax forms in Aatrix.

Pre-Requisites

  • Have the Payroll module included in your license 

  • Have created the tax forms in the Payroll module

  • Have provided user access to your employees with the correct security permissions 

Accessing & Downloading Tax Forms

  1. In Harmony's ESS module, navigate to Payroll > My Tax Forms.

  2. Update the year as required. By default, it is set to the current year (Jan 1 to Dec 31). A list of all tax forms for the logged-in user will appear for that year, including original and amended copies.

  3. Viewing a Tax Form: Click on a tax form to view it. 

  4. Downloading a Tax Form: Click the 'download' button for a tax form to download it to your browser's default downloads folder. 

  5. Mass-Downloading Tax Forms: Using the checkboxes, select the tax forms that you want to download. Click "Download Selected" to download all selected tax forms.
