Steps:

  1. Go to Form -> T4 -> Edit T4 supplementary

  2. Under the 'Find Employee’ tab, highlight the employee

  3. Employee ID Info.

  4. In the Report Type cell, change Report type: A (Amendment) from the drop down list & Submission No: 2

  5. Go to Forms > T619 Magnetic Media Transmittal

  6. Change Report type: A (Amendment) from the drop down list

Note:

When you generate magnetic media file . please make sure your submission No. is 2.
(Forms > T4 > Magnetic media filing for T4s -> "Submission Number:")
