Acclaim - How to change payroll group for employee

Problem:

Can I change an employee from monthly to biweekly anytime during the year or do I have to wait until December 31st?

Solution:

Preference in order:

• Ideally at the end of year, when monthly & bi-weekly pay-period end dates coincide

• Anytime but be aware that there will be small adjustment to be made at year end for CPP and EI
